In October 2020 new requirements under the National Regulations were released. To better manage the risks of transporting children all governments decided to introduce new requirements to strengthen oversight arrangements when children are being transported under the care of an education and care service.
To provide guidance about these requirements for Tasmanian centre based care and family day care providers we have released this:
