The ECU has information on Coronavirus (COVID-19) – Education and Care with links back to Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) and will follow the Education and Care Unit COVID-19 Response Plan – Education and Care as restrictions ease.  This week the ECU won’t conduct monitoring visits to services and will only do planned virtual A&R connections after a discussion with the provider or service and with their agreement to go ahead.  In the event of a high risk complaint or notification we may need to conduct an urgent investigation.  Any urgent or high risk investigation will be conducted either virtually or by following COVID safe practices.

Please ask if you have any questions or if there are ways we can best work with you or provide support as restrictions ease.
